Tried the pizza and sandwiches two different trips and were super impressed! Family owned with very friendly staff.

Found Chelsea Pizza one March weekend when we were in town for a sporting event at the high school. It was nice so we took a walk on Asbury Ave and this was the first pizza place we came across. It's not big inside, but can seat maybe 25-30 people. Very clean. Food is so affordable, too. This same pizza and fries would have cost me at least $5-10 more on the other barrier islands. Food was good, came out piping hot. We will definitely go here again.

Delicious Buffalo chicken pizza. Freshly drizzled upon pick up! Would highly recommend giving it a try.

And In Conclusion..... Pizza pretty good but they don't support fisher people. Don't go around here fishin for fishes or pizzas

Great tasting pizza. Very nice staff and owner. Located in the heart of OC NJ. I had a Large Plain Pizza and it was Tasty. Wonderful Crust, Cheese was the right amount and I could taste some of the tomato flavor. Right combo of ingredients. Thanks and Keep Rocking It! - Chris from Key West

Was surprised by how much I liked Chelsea Pizza. We tried the cheese w/ sausage, old fashion w/ broccoli, and buffalo chicken pizzas, and all were unique and tasty for their own reasons. With so many pizza spots in OCNJ it's obviously hard to stand out, but with great customer service, affordable prices, and great pizza, I'll be coming back to Chelsea. Will try their non-pizza options as well next time!

We did a pizza tour while we were in town for a few days. It was nice to see that some restaurants are still open even during the off season. I ordered online, which was quite an easy process on my laptop. It didn't take long for the order to be made, about 20 minutes. I'd give the pizza about a 4.5 stars, it's more of a NY style pie. Crust was quite thin, lighter amounts of sauce and cheese. The pizza was foldable. We also ordered garlic bread with cheese, pretty average. I'd come back again for the pizza!

Glad to see a new place in town. Regular and pepperoni pizzas were good. Crust was good thickness with a good chew to it. Sauce was a little on the sweet side. Pepperoni was a miss. A little bland and no kick to it. Ordered on grub hub and they were hot out of the oven at the promised time. Overall a good experience and will be back to try sandwiches and wings

Cute little neighborhood pizzeria: Being from out of town I didn't know what to expect. Thankfully I made a good choice by finding this place. My interactions with the staff were warm and pleasant. The guys behind the counter provided great service. I ordered the veggie sandwich which was good - although I wish they had breaded eggplant to throw in there. Mozzarella sticks were fried perfectly. And I don't know where they're sourcing their cheese products but the mozz was super fresh (gold star because I love all things cheese). This little spot certainly hit the spot for a hungry traveler on the run.
